Casa Turchina is an old fishing lodge in Valle San Leonardo, located in a corner of paradise. It has been completely renovated with care and attention to maintain its original charm and simplicity while offering every comfort and service both inside and outside the house.

Situated in the fishing grounds of the valley, between the Tofana canal, which connects the valleys to the Vallona lagoon and then to the sea, near the fishing lodge of Valle Ca’ Pisani, and a short distance from the village of Scanarello, 7 km from Porto Levante and 4 km from Porto Tolle, Casa Turchina is centrally located between the Po Delta cycling route and the beaches of Boccasette and Porto Levante.

It is designed as a retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a place to relax amidst the most unspoiled nature, while still providing easy access to explore the beautiful Po Delta. It is an untouched place in a timeless world, equipped for a comfortable country life.

From the veranda, you enter a living room that features a charming fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. The spacious and bright bedroom has a large bathroom with a shower. The traditional marmorini plaster, the terracotta floors, and the wooden beams make the environment extremely refined and comfortable.

Outside, there is a small shed for bicycles and outdoor furniture; a large dining table and a barbecue with a large sink are located between the fishing canals, offering maximum efficiency for use both day and night. In front of Casa Turchina, there is a completely natural lake (“gorgo”) with slightly salty seawater, perfect for swimming. It is equipped with a sunbathing terrace, an outdoor shower, deck chairs, and sofas for relaxation.

The house comes with e-bikes, air conditioning, a GPL heating system for milder periods, and a 2500-liter water tank as a backup to the main water supply.

The house is also equipped with satellite Wi-Fi and MP3 music speakers.

The entrance to Casa Turchina, with its large dedicated parking lot, can be made independent from Valle San Leonardo if needed. The valley has about 24 km of well-maintained cycling paths, ideal for private excursions, and pleasant boat trips can also be organized. Upon request, many additional services are available both in the valley and nearby facilities.

Available from 1 February to 30 September, Casa Turchina can be rented on a weekly basis. Cleaning and tidying services are included (and mandatory).
